PT Einichi Cold Storage is a foreign-investment cold storage warehouse in Delta Silicon-1, Cikarang. Construction began in 2025 and the full facility was completed in June 2026.
It was designed from the ground up with modern refrigeration, high-density racking and a real-time warehouse management system.
We sit in Delta Silicon-1, Lippo Cikarang, minutes from five toll gates on the Jakarta–Cikampek and JORR 2 toll roads. Your trucks get on the toll road quickly and reach Jakarta, the port, the airport and the whole Jabodetabek area without long detours.

Modern equipment, an optimized warehouse layout and temperature-controlled rooms to protect product quality and keep operations efficient.
Twenty insulated loading docks with dock shelters keep the cold chain unbroken while trucks load and unload, and let multiple shipments move at the same time.
Storage is split between chiller rooms at 0–5°C and frozen rooms down to −25°C.
Every pallet passes through our temperature-controlled ante room on its way in and out. This buffer zone between the cold rooms and the loading docks keeps goods cold while they wait for put-away or loading, so product freshness is protected from the moment it arrives until the moment it leaves.
It also keeps outside heat and humidity away from the storage rooms, so room temperatures stay stable even during busy loading hours.
Our three cooling system units use high-efficiency, energy-saving compressors with an NH₃/CO₂ system. Ammonia stays sealed in the machine room, and only CO₂, a clean natural refrigerant, circulates through the cold rooms.
No ammonia ever enters the storage area, so there is no risk of it reaching your goods. The system also needs only about 1/20 of the ammonia used in a conventional ammonia plant, around 5% of the usual amount.
Our cold rooms are built with fire-resistant PIR insulation panels at 45 kg/m³ density, made from premium raw materials imported from Germany.
Advanced racking, real-time WMS monitoring and Newton refrigeration technology support reliable, zero-downtime operations.
Our pallet racks rise seven to eight levels, depending on the room, so we store more pallets in every square metre of cold space while each pallet stays directly accessible from the aisle.
High-reach trucks and an order picker platform let our team handle even the top levels safely and efficiently.
